Mechanical Performance and Reliability Analysis of “Structure-Insulation” Integrated Wall Panel under Grain Load

چکیده

As a new type of grain barn wall component, the “Structure-Insulation” integrated panel (SIW) has excellent characteristics such as high-bearing capacity and good insulation performance. In order to study its mechanical properties under load, this paper designed three panels with different thicknesses, carried out static loading tests on them, studied their cracking ultimate analyzed development trend panel’s crack deflection. reliability stochastic conditions, performance functions deflection strength control conditions were established. The analysis was by using response surface method finite element software. sensitivity degree each random parameter quantified. results show that, maximum load condition, specimens is less than l0/250, width 0.2 mm, both which meet requirements normal use limit state. loads are 13.02, 14.75, 16.49 kN/m2, respectively, corresponding widths 0.06, 0.07, 0.06 mm. 65.1, 75.52, 82.47 1.66, 1.60, 1.61 respectively. indexes thinnest β1=2.60 β2=3.26, safety ductile failure. affecting concrete gravity density, correlation coefficient −0.707. strength, 0.935. Combined test analysis, can full reliability. Sensitivity provide reference for optimization practical engineering design.
